Next Chapter | Career Development & Professional Positioning

Kate’s background brings together education, communications, marketing, brand strategy, and business development. Across these fields, her work has involved understanding people and ideas, finding meaningful connections, and shaping information so others can recognize its value.

Her experience as a teacher and educational director informs the way she listens, asks questions, and helps people develop confidence in their capabilities. Her work in marketing and brand development brings a practical understanding of audience, positioning, and clear communication.

Through Next Chapter, Kate applies these perspectives to career development. She helps clients examine their experiences, identify strengths and accomplishments they may have overlooked, and build a professional story that reflects both their capabilities and their goals.

Kate holds a master’s degree in education and a bachelor’s degree in advertising and marketing.

What guides our work

Back On Track begins with understanding, not assumptions.

We take time to understand the person or organization behind the immediate request. That means examining context, questioning assumptions, and deciding what deserves attention before choosing a direction.

Our Principle Framework guides this work across both practices. It is a progression, not a checklist. Action reveals new information, experience changes the picture, and the next step may require adjustment.

Movement is not speed. Growth is not always more. Progress may require release, redirection, or reinvention.
